Nicole Dyer Griffith

Nicole Dyer Griffith is the Chief Executive Officer and Principal Consultant of NDG Communications and Consulting. Nicole started her career as a registered nurse, with an Associate Degree in Nursing, then went on to develop her profession into the Behavioural Risk Management field where she contributed to the market development of the Employee Assistance Programme in Petrotrin and other markets, in the capacity of Marketing coordinator. There, Nicole further harnessed her skill and competence in managing personalities, communications and mastering inter-personal relationships.

 

Nicole then obtained her Master of Arts Degree at the University of Leicester, in Mass Communications, and then moved into the Corporate World, where she functioned as the Group Corporate Communications Manager of the ANSA McAL Group of Companies. In 2012, Nicole pursued service to her country, in the capacity of Parliamentary Secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Communications, and Government Senator. Nicole served for one year in that capacity.

 

Nicole combines her organizational experience with her love for human development, where she also founded the GIII Foundation, a nonprofit organization based on the provision of life skills management training for persons between the ages of 8-18 years old. She also founded the Oxygen with Nicole [O2N] motivational series that provides a safe space for women to share their personal stories to create, connect and cohere.

 

Nicole recently became re-certified as a Business Etiquette and International Protocol Consultant with the European School of Protocol. Nicole brings her multi-dimensional skill set to NDG Communications and Consulting and utilizes her skills mix to the benefit of other organizations and teams.
